June 7-11, 2021 was one of the best weeks my life working with Erwan Le Corre at the PuraVida Resort in Yelapa, Mexico.

Essentially we became the first group to have the opportunity to absorb the latest insights gained by Erwan as he finishes up his book on breath holding and as he begins to unfold his plans for future events including opportunities to get a breath holding coaching credential. I am very intrigued and will share more soon.
